David Walters
Chairman of the Board since December 2006.
David Walters, has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bounce Mobile Systems, Inc., since July 2006. Since February 2000, he has served as a managing member of Monarch Bay Capital Group, LLC, a consulting company. Mr. Walters has extensive experience in investment management, corporate growth development strategies and capital markets. Mr. Walters earned a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego in 1985. Mr. Walters also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Monarch Staffing, Inc. (OTCBB Symbol: MTSI) and a member of the Board of Directors of Precision Aerospace Components, Inc. (OTCBB Symbol: PAOS).
Keith Moore
Director since December 2006 and member of Audit and Compensation committees.
Keith Moore is currently the Chairman and CEO at DataLogic. Prior to DataLogic, Keith served in various executive capacities for small and large companies, including Activision, iTechexpress, Inc., POPcast, and Cinemaware.
From 1991 until 1996, Keith served as President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director and Consultant of Activision, Inc., (NASDAQ: ATVI), an international market leader in multimedia software. Prior to his positions with Activision, Keith was a founder of International Consumer Technologies and was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director since its inception in July 1986, until its amalgamation into Activision in December 1994.
A Certified Public Accountant by training, Keith earned his BS in Accounting and his Masters in Finance from Eastern Michigan University in 1982 and 1984, respectively.
Dennis Ackerman
Director since January 2006.
Dennis Ackerman is currently CEO of ICW, Inc., a consulting company specializing in assisting technology start up entities.
From 1987 through 2005 he was the Founder and Director of the Bank of America Entrepreneurial Center at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
During his Tenure at ODU, he served on the Board of over a dozen technology companies.
He has been a Director of HFS Capital since 2004.
From 1974 through 1987 he was the Founder and President of a regional energy company serving five Mid-Atlantic States.
His first entrepreneurial adventure was the founding of a unique private secondary school in 1970.
Tom Friedberg
Director since November 2007.
Since 2004, Mr. Friedberg, has been President of Mineral King Partners, LLC (and its predecessor TWF Consulting), a strategic consulting firm that provides competitive benchmarking, competitive and strategic financial analysis, and valuation services.
Previously, Mr. Friedberg advised various technology companies, automobile salvage processors, specialty financial institutions, and telecommunications service providers, with an emphasis on wireless providers, for more than twenty years at firms such as Hambrecht & Quist, Piper Jaffray, and Tucker Anthony Sutro, and as a partner at Genesis Merchant Group Securities. Mr. Friedberg also served as Director of Investor Relations and Strategic Financial Analysis at US WEST’s new Vector Group, US WEST’s former publicly traded cellular and paging subsidiary where he directed the financial aspects and analysis of all merger and acquisitions undertaken by the Company.
Mr. Friedberg received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and BA and BS degrees from Stanford University. From 1999 to 2007 Mr. Friedberg served on the Governor’s Commission on Science and Technology for the State of Colorado at the appointment of Governor Bill Owens. Mr. Friedberg is a member of the Board of Directors of DataLogic International, Inc., Systems Evolution, Inc., Monarch Staffing, Inc., and STI Group, Inc.
